A man died following a Fatal Road Traffic accident which occurred along Kwekwe-Gweru on 8 June 2024 at around 2000 hours.
It is alleged that Robson Gaadzikwa (39) of Mvuma was driving a Lexus motor vehicle along Harare-Bulawayo road with one passenger and at the same time, Noel Madziwa (52) of Glenview in Harare was driving Honda CRV motor vehicle while carrying three passenger, on reaching 260 km peg Gaadzikwa intended to overtake another vehicle when he encroached into Madziwa’s lane resulting in a head-on collision and Madziwa died on the spot, all other occupants from both vehicles were injured.
It is confirmed that all injured passenger were taken to Gweru General Hospital for medical attention.
