Baltasar Ebang Engonga, Director General of Equatorial Guinea’s National Financial Investigation Agency (ANIF), is at the center of a Sex-Scandal currently rocking the country after recording himself bedding more than 300 women, including wives and relatives of senior government officials.
A fraud investigation led to the discovery of hundreds of explicit videos allegedly featuring Ebang Engonga in compromising situations with multiple women, including the high-profile individuals such as Equatorial Guinea President’s sister.
Hew also allegedly bedded his brother’s wife, his cousin and other government officials’ wives.
The videos, recorded with consent, were found on Ebang Engonga’s computer during the fraud investigation and have since been leaked and spreading online, sparking outrage in the country.
Equatorial Guinea’s Vice President, Teodoro Nguema, condemned the behavior saying sexual relations in government offices is illegal and anyone else commiting such will be fired.
“Given the abuse that has been shown on social media in Equatorial Guinea in recent days, and remembering that ministries are solely and exclusively for carrying out administrative work in support of the country’s development, sexual relations in offices are prohibited.
“Control mechanisms are already in place, and anyone who violates this rule again will be subject to disciplinary proceedings for indecent conduct and will be dismissed from their job,” he said.
Ebang Engonga, married with six children, oversees financial investigations and anti-corruption efforts in Equatorial Guinea.
