The African Apostolic Church (VaApostora VeAfrica) is set to host its annual Holy Communion gathering from August 9 to 11, 2024, in Midlands Province. This highly anticipated event promises to be a transformative experience, open to all, and will take place at Ndarikure, along the Harare-Masvingo road, near Shashe river and Chivavarira Mountain in Chirumhanzu Distric
Under the leadership of Archbishop Ernest Paul Mwazha, the gathering will feature services in the morning, afternoon, and evening, with the main service taking place on Saturday, August 10, from 10:30 am to 4:00 pm. According to Reverend Israel Mukasa, Provincial Secretary of the African Apostolic Church, Midlands South Province, the event is a response to the Divine Commission in Mark 16:15-16, which calls on believers to spread the good news and baptize those who believe.
The church extends a warm invitation to all people from all walks of life to come and witness the presence of the Almighty God. “Present yourselves to the creator of heaven and earth,” Rev. Mukasa said. The church expects the gathering to transform the lives of attendees in the name of Lord Jesus Christ.
