ZANU PF hails Cheng Xi Chengetai Investments for office construction

Minister of State for Provincial Affairs and Devolution, Midlands Province, Honorable Owen Ncube has given Cheng Xi Chengetai Investments an affectionate pat on the back for constructing state-of-the-art offices Zanu Pf Shurugwi District Offices.
Speaking at the official handover ceremony of the offices on Saturday, Honorable Ncube who was Guest of Honour,
gave shower of praise to the company which he said was built at a cost of USD 150 000.
“I am filled with great pride and joy to be accorded the opportunity to officiate as Guest of Honour on the occasion of the grand handover of ZANU-PF Shurugwi District Office built by Cheng XI Chengeta Investment”
“This auspicious occasion comes on the backdrop of our resounding 2024 Independence Ball and anniversary celebrations held in Kwekwe on the 17th and 18th of April respectively. These events illustrate the strong bond between the party and Government realizing the supremacy of the party and the need for an efficient and effective Government machinery to implement party policies and programs,” he said.
Minister Ncube added that the party and the second republic have values of uniting people, building peace and promoting development in line with His Excellency the President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s vision of attaining a prosperous and empowered upper middle income society earlier than 2030 underpinned by engagement and re-engagement, modernization and industrialization, devolution and decentralization agenda.
“To this end the New Dispensation continues to attract investment across the globe in sectors which we have comparative and competitive advantage such as mining, agriculture, manufacturing, tourism, construction with the Midlands Province having the highest Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth in the country,” said Minister Ncube.
He said investments by Cheng Xi ChengetaiInvestments is a confirmation of the confidence investors have in Zimbabwe’s Investment Climate which guarantees security of investment.
“In this regard, Government has taken bold decision to implement Easy of Doing Business to accelerate Private Sector led socio-economic growth and development,” Honorable Ncube said.
In views of the above, Minister Ncube added Cheng XI Chengetai Investments through heap leaching, significantly contributes to employment, technology transfer and attainment of the US$12 billion mining economy by 2030.
