Zvishavane man found dead in a bush

A dead body was found in a bush area of Maglas in Zvishavane on 25 February 2024 at around 1000 hours.
It is the state’s case that a passer-by discovered a dead body in a bush near SQ suburbs, Maglas in Zvishavane.
Zimbabwe Republic Police inspected the body and found two deep cuts on the head and one above the left ear.
It is said that the dead body was identified by Jabulani Shumba (49) of Maglas in Zvishavane, as that of Remember karera of Village Marovanidze under Chief Masunda in Zvishavane.
Midlands spokesperson Inspector Emmanuel Mahoko said that as ZRP midlands province are appealing to anyone with information of what could have transpired leading to the death of Karera, to conduct any Police Station.
