The Zimbabwe Government has ordered an immediate stop to the inhuman and arbitrary evictions that have been going on around the country on families who had settled on state or council land, Justice Minister Ziyambi Ziyambi has confirmed.
Ziyambi said the decision was made to temporarily halt the exercise after a meeting of the interministerial committee that was spearheading the evictions which have drawn widespread Condemnation country wide.
