Passionate Community Advocate, Oliver Zvinaiye Maboreke-JP, is the new ZIMAA Chairperson for NSW after winning elections that were held at the ZIMAA (Zimbabwe Association in Australia) Annual General Meeting held in Sydney, Australia on Sunday 12 th November.
Maboreke,a project and event management practitioner in the NSW department of Communities and Justice, will lead the new ZIMAA executive that includes
- Mabasa Lee Ziyambi ( VC Chairperson)
3.Dheliwe Zigori (Secretary)
4.Chirape Anthony ( Treasurer)

The new Executive takes over from the Gladys Maseko executive that has been at the helm of the Association of Zimbabweans resident in NSW, Australia.
ZIMAA encourages Social Interaction among Zimbabweans in New South Wales,Promotes and maintain the Zimbabwean Cultural heritage , raises awareness of the Culture to other Communities and Organise Social Functions of significance to the Zimbabwean Community.
