18 year old boy facing murder allegations

An 18 year old Mberengwa boy is facing allegations of murdering a 24 year old man following a love triangle involving a 15year old girl the incident occurred on 17 October in Northwood Suburbs of Mberengwa.
It is alleged that the now deceased Kisto Manyause (24) was a co-tenant with a 15 year old girl whom he fell in love with and at the same time the 15 year old girl also fell in love with John Ray Zulu (18) who is the suspect, this did not go well with Kisto Manyause who threatened the suspect with unspecified action.
It is reported that on 16 October 2023 at around 2300 hours, Zulu went to the 15 year old girlfriend’s room armed with an okapi knife and spent the whole night there.
During the early hours of 17 October 2023 at around 0455 hours Zulu met Manyause in the passage and an altercation ensued , Zulu then withdrew a knife from the pocket of his trouser ,he stabbed Manyause twice and he fled.
Manyause bleed profusely and became unconscious, when ZRP Mberengwa attended the scene they found Manyause already dead.
Zulu was arrested and the dead body is currently at Mberengwa Hospital Mortuary awaiting post-mortem.
ZRP is urging girl child not to engage in premature sexual relationships as they usually have a bitter ending and they are also appealing to members of the public to solve disputes amicably and to respect the sanctity of human life.
