Mapanzure laid to rest in Masvingo

Late Zimbabwe Afro -pop rising star Garry Mapanzure was laid to rest at Lawn Cemetery in Masvingo.
Garry succumbed to injuries sustained from a road traffic accident on Thursday last week.
Friends, relatives, fellow musicians gathered to bid farewell to a young Budding artist who touched many hearts and died prematurely at 25. Mars demanded $2900.00 cash upfront before transferring him to Harare.
” We are devastated as his fans” one fan said at the burial. While one promoter described him as a young artist with great potential who passed on prematurely.
His sister bemoaned the poor state of health facilities in the country saying the Health delivery system failed Garry.
Mapanzure rose to fame with his debut hit song Wapunza in 2017 which has over 4million views on yutube and was also aired on Trace Africa.
He is survived by his wife and one child.
