Kwekwe-Nkayi road in Silobela on the 26th of July.
The accident occured at about 5:50pm where the three were travelling in a car (type not stated by police) towards Kwekwe when they collided headon with a MAN TGM Support truck.

Midlands Police Spokesperson Inspector Emmanuel Mahoko warned members of the public to always exercise due caution when driving to avoid unnecessary road carnages.
Inspector Mahoko said the driver of the un-named car is from Zhombe under Chief Ntabeni and the collision happened on the 78km peg.
“It is alleged that Wellington Mafisi aged 29 of Village 9 under Chief Ntabeni in Zhombe, was driving in the eastern direction carrying two passengers.
“On reaching the 78km peg, his vehicle collided with a Man TGM Support truck which was going in the opposite direction,” Inspector Mahoko said.
